Resulting from a predominantly continental climate with cold winters followed by very hot summers.

Soils
Precambrian and antediluvian schists, with narrow granite seams.
Varieties
Viosinho, Rabigato, Gouveio, Moscatel Galego.
Vinification
Manually harvested to ensure peak ripeness.
Brief pre-fermentation maceration followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel cubes thereby producing more elegant wines through preserving their aromas. Aged over fine lees.
Tasting Notes
Citrine in color with greenish hues, fruity, lively and fresh with a very pleasing mineral touch. Youthful and smooth to the mouth, with a good body and acidity. Smooth, delicate and refreshing.
Alcohol –12,5 % vol.
Gastronomy
Very versatile, ideal for pastas, salads, fish, shellfish, barbecues or simply as an aperitif.
Recommended serving temperature of between 9ºC and 12° C.
