Vinification
Manually harvested, very selectively to ensure full ripeness criteria. Pelicular maceration and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel cubes. Halting of the fermentation process through the addition of a special fortified wine to retain the sweetness of the mash.
Tasting Notes
Golden in colour, with an aroma of fruit confit, orange peel and jam. Highly elegant but concentrated. Smooth to the mouth, sweet and persistent.
Alcohol– 17 % vol.
Gastronomy
Excellent simply chilled as an aperitif or in cocktails mixed with other drinks and juices.
Recommended serving temperature of between 8Cº and 10°C.
