Climate
Mostly a continental climate with very cold winters and very hot summers.

Douro.
Grounds
Schist pre-Cambrian and archaic, with some granitic spots.
Castes
Viozinho, Gouveio, Rabigato and Moscatel Galego Branco.
Wine Making
Manual grape picking, very selective, with good maturation criteria. Brief maceration pre-fermentation, alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, this way producing very elegant wines, preserved aromas. Stage with fine lees.
Tasting Notes
Citrus color with greenish spots, fruity, alive and fresh, with a very elegant mineral touch. Young and soft in the mouth, with good volume and good acidity. Soft, delicate and refreshing.
Alcohol –12, 5 % vol.
Gastronomy
A very versatile wine, ideal with pastas, salads, fish, seafood, barbecues, or simple as an aperitif.
Recommended temperature between 09-12ºC.
