Vinification
Following the careful selection of the vines, harvesting is done manuallly according to the criteria of full ripeness for the bunches that are then subject to the manual selection of the grapes that then go into small vats for foot treading and vinification in the traditional fashion.
Description
CADÃO Porto VINTAGE presents the classical aromas of a young and fresh vintage, with intense and mature wild berry notes, both highly aromatic and dense. Finishing in great freshness, elegance and intensity. Perfect for drinking while young but also very well structured for storage throughout many years in a cellar.
This should be served with care as such natural wines are subject to sediments.
Suggestions for accompanying
Ideal at the end of meals, accompanying cheeses and dark chocolate or red fruits.

Storage
The bottles should be stored on their side, in a cool and dry place and away from any light.
