Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz
Vinification
Manually harvested, very selectively to ensure full ripeness criteria. Brief pre-fermentation maceration followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel cubes to produce a more elegant wine with its aromas preserved.
Tasting Notes
Cherry in color, fruity, recalling strawberry and blackberry, bright and fresh elegant and youthful, smooth to the mouth, with a good body and acidity. Smooth, delicate and refreshing.
Alcohol –13,00 % vol.
Gastronomy
A very versatile wine, great with pastas, salads, fish, shellfish, barbecues and excellent as an aperitif.
Recommended temperature between 9Cº-12°C.
