Soils
Precambrian and antediluvian schists, with some narrow granite seams.
Varieties
Viozinho, Malvasia Fina and Moscatel Galego and other typical varieties of the Douro.
Vinification
Manually harvested, very selectively to ensure full ripeness criteria. Brief pre-fermentative maceration.
Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel cubes thereby guaranteeing the quality of these wines with their aromas preserved intact.
Tasting Notes
Citrine in colour with splashes of green, fruity, fresh and youthful, smooth to the mouth, with a good body and acidity. Smooth, delicate and refreshing.
Alcohol
12,46 % vol.
Gastronomy
Highly versatile and great with fish, shellfish, barbecues or on its own as an aperitif.
Recommended temperature between 9Cº-12°C.
