Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and another tipical castes of the Douro.
Wine Making
Manual harvest, very selective, with excellent ripening criteria.
Alcoholic fermentation with temperature control in stainless steel vats, promoting elegant and fresh aromas.
Tasting Notes
Pink color very light, fruity, fresh and young, soft in the mouth with good volume and a good acidity.
Soft, delicate and refreshing.
Alcohol
12 % vol.
Gastronomy
A very versatile wine, ideal for fish, seafood, barbecue, or simply as an aperitif.
Recommended temperature between 09-12ºC.
