Greenish citrus. Good floral intensity and some notes of stone fruit. Very fresh start that lingers all over the mouth. Intense citrus finish, strong acidity giving great balance.
Total destemming of the grapes without crushing the masses. Low pressure pressing and static decantation at low temperature. Regular and controlled alcoholic fermentation.
