Ruby color, concentrated. Intense and complex aroma, notes of red fruit, black cherry, spices and dark chocolate. A full-bodied palate with firm tannins and good acidity, an elegant and balanced finish. Ideal to accompany dark chocolate petit gâteau, brigadeiro cake, brie and camembert cheese.
This LBV begins with the selection of vineyards and manual harvesting where the bunches are carefully chosen. This is followed by vinification in small lagares (traditional stone troughs) with foot treading in the traditional way.
