A wine with a violet colour, very elegant and exuberant, with fresh and floral aromas, typical of Touriga Nacional, complemented with Touriga Franca to give a touch of wild berries and red fruit jam, aged in oak where it was permeated with soft aromas of chocolate and spices.
Grapes are received completely without stalks and crushed. Regular and controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Controlled and manual maceration with skins. Complete malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats.
